Re: Three gadgets you cannot live without

I need a phone, a headphone and a smartwatch. I also like having a selfie stick because I enjoy taking photos. However, this makes the number of gadget 4, think I will have to eliminate smartphone and add phone, headphone and selfie stick.

Re: Android Vs. iOS

I use budget Android phone. If the phone is lost or damaged, I can easily get another one without having to worry about the finances. I cannot imagine to spend $1500 for just a phone.

I do not use a fitness tracker, however, I wear a smart watch, which seem to do everything a fitness tracker does.

Re: Do you take nutritional supplements?

I don't take nutritional supplement unless I have been recommended by my physician. I like to take vitamins and minerals from the food I eat and not from the synthetic medicines manufactured in the lab.

Re: What is your fitness regime?

I like to walk, I drink a lot of water and I eat a lot of vegetables. In my opinion, walking is the best exercise as you can remain fit and healthy without tiring your body and without damaging your body. Drinking a lot of water will release toxins from your body and vegetables are good for minerals...

Re: Vegan Diet

I don't see any reasons for trying vegan foods. However, I believe we need to limit meat based diet for two reasons, one, for health (as meat based diet is not good for the heart), and two, for environment (it takes a lot of resources to produce meat).

Re: Body shaming

I guess this happens to all of us. People will always find something to comment and sometimes the comments are very offensive. I can easily pass the offensive comments from the people who are completely strangers. However, if it comes from people I know, I can't just tolerate it.

Re: Have you tried massage therapy?

When I was in India, I tried Ayurveda massage. I had a female masseuse giving me a massage in a beach early in the morning. The experience was amazing, can't forgot it.

Re: Worst travels

I wouldn't call it the worst travel but when I was in Cambodia, I had pretty bad experience with the locals. They were expecting me to give them money as white skin was thought to have a lot of money but I was a budget tourist and couldn't give them anything.

Re: Vegan Diet Vs Vegetarian Diet

I don't eat meat everyday, so I guess, I frequently eat vegetarian foods. Sometimes I don't even eat any dairy, so I have also tried vegan, but I don't strictly practice vegan or vegetarian diet.
