I started mine by adding daily multivitamin to my breakfast and omega-3s before I go to bed. Now, I've included vitamin C too.

Astaxanthin is an antioxidant and it helps to protect our body cells from oxidative stress. You can find it in algae, krill, and salmon. I’ve seen people use it to improve their vision too, which is amazing.

Spirulina is rich in iron and vitamins B12 and that's why it can boosts our energy. There was a time I was taking it daily and I experienced an energy boost all through the day. It works pretty well.

My aunts used Turmeric supplements to alleviate arthritis. Studies have actually shown a lot of promising results with Tumeric supplement. I might add it to my supplements later.

It's not right to use supplements without prescription but unfortunately, most of do that! Unprescribed supplements can cause adverse effects like allergic reactions or some underlying conditions.

It's very dangerous to mix supplements and prescription meds. It can be a deadly mix and that's why we need to avoid that. I always consult my doctor /pharmacist before combining them.

Yes, there are so many natural options that can replace the traditional supplements. I use herbs, and spices that provide similar benefits and it works just fine. For example, I use turmeric and ginger.
