Re: Can I lose weight without exercising?
Yes! You can easily lose weight without exercising. Losing/gaining weight is 80% about diet and 20% about exercise. Just eat less than what you eat and you will be losing weight without even doing a single exercise. Avoid fried food and food with sugar and fat.

Re: How can I deal with social pressure to eat foods that don't align with my weight loss goals?
Being disciplined, having self-control, and knowing the art of politely saying no is all you need here. There will always be peer pressure to break your diet or so. It's you who has to stay strong and fight such situations also including urges that come from within you.

Re: Fasting
I think intermittent fasting is the easiest way here. Just try not to eat something for 16 hours or so after having dinner last night, basically try to skip breakfast and have lunch slightly late. This can really help you lose weight as you will be taking in less calories than what you usually take.

Re: How can I maintain my fitness routine during the holiday season?
I would just suggest you eat right. If you end up eating junk food, try to compensate for that by skipping a meal or burning some of the calories by jogging or going for a walk after a meal.

Re: Why is rest and recovery essential for athletes?
Resting allows the body's muscles to recover and repair, which in turn builds strength. It also prevents overtraining. Constantly working out and training without recovery time can harm an athlete's body. This is why rest and recovery is extremely important for athletes.

Re: Why is proper form important during workouts?
