Re: Is yoga for all?

Re: Is Spicy Food Bad

I don’t know if spicy food is bad. But I do know I absolutely hate spicy food. Can’t really get over having a younger that feels like it’s on fire - and I’m sensitive to taste so I feel this much more even at the mild level.

Re: Are fats really bad for health?

No, they’re not bad for you. They are bad if you have an excessive amount of fats. But you’ve got to follow a healthy lifestyle and have a bit of everything in moderation and get exercise in.

Re: How often do you visit a dentist?

Re: Pro and Cons of Using Google for Diagnosis and Prognosis

Never use Google for medical purposes or advice. You don’t know who’s written the content, how reliable it is. Also even if it’s true it’s not going to change what is going to happen - most of the stuff says you’ll die within the hour anyway

Re: How often do you visit to a doctor?

I don’t visit for health checkups. I usually only visit when I start to feel unwell or develop symptoms that I want investigating further. I’ll only make use of the doctors office when I actually need it

Re: Do you wash your hands regularly?

I do wash my hands regularly. Before I eat, after I eat, and pretty
much before and after I do anything. Not only does it protect my health but it protects the health of others around by reducing the risk of diseases spreading
