Do you play basketball to keep in shape?
A fun way to get exercise and keep in shape is playing basketball with some friends. Your local sports center might have a basketball league for adults too that you can sign up for. It would be a good way to get cardio, plus if you do join a team you can make friends that way too. Do you enjoy playing basketball to keep in shape?

I have always liked to play basketball as a good way to keep in shape, but it is unfortunate that I can't play it since I am someone that is not tall enough to keep playing to the level that I would want to be. So, I prefer watching basketball than trying to play it.

No, I don't play basketball. It's not one of my favorite sports. I've never played basketball once. What I play is football very often. I play every two weeks.

It's a good way, but we don't have the right place for it, but we have a tennis court and I play tennis because it's more rewarding even than basketball and it's also great for leg training.
