What is your favorite food that you could make under any circumstances?

I don't really like to cook, because it's not profitable for me, and I have a favorite dish, and it's pilaf, so if I'm even woken up in the middle of the night and told to go cook, I'll cook it with joy, because I've already made a recipe for myself, which is the fastest and tastiest.

Boiled potatoes are my favorite and these can be used to make a variety of dishes so I can have these anytime in the day.
