Where do you buy the freshest produce for home cooking?

Most people now live in big cities, so most of them buy products in supermarkets or maybe even in the market, because there are sometimes even better products because people have grown them themselves. I also buy most products in the supermarket, but I buy products such as milk, cheese and sour cream, as well as tomatoes and cucumbers from my friends who have their own farm and I know that everything is fresh and natural and also much cheaper than in the supermarket.

We prefer to consume the packaged milk and curd and mostly get these from nearby stores and for veggies we buy these from vegetable sellers

When it comes to purchase of fresh foodstuff, you always get it directly from the farms or the morning markets. That's where it is sold fresh from harvest.
