How do you like your steak cooked?

I used to get mine well-done, but I started tasting medium one day when someone recommended I try it and it seems more juicy and flavorful at medium, so I started getting it made that way.

I prefer my steak cooked medium-rare. That perfect balance between a slightly charred exterior and a juicy, pink center is just irresistible to me. Not really a huge steak fan but when I do get it, I like it medium rare. I like it when my steak is tender & juicy and not too rubbery or tough to eat.

When I was younger I preferred my steak to be well done, but these days I prefer it to be medium rare. It's much juicier when it's cooked to medium rare, my parents just preferred to cook it well done and that's why I liked it growing up because I never got the chance to try it other ways lol.
