What kind of exercise do you do?
Due to my busy schedule, I cannot workout every day but I make sure I go for workout session at least twice a week for 45-60 minutes. My favorite workouts are Aerobic exercise, Zumba, swimming, and jogging. What kind of exercise do you do?

Running is my favorite exercise. You can not only burn a lot of calories but also remain fit and healthy when you run regularly. I like running early in the morning. Normally, I run for 5 miles three times a week.

Jogging is the only one I do these days. But I commit myself to it.
Besides, I try myself not to invest too much into exercise for the sake of it. I like to maintain a lifestyle where I actually am not lazy like depending on making life easy solutions and be an arm chair warrior.

Just simple walking but then again nothing I do not do any workout at all like I used to do back in my collage years. When at collage I end up walking 30mins to and from the bus stop or town with steep hills and evening in he rain. If I know that I'm going to be late for my bus then I end up running
Then again I was studying PCs back then and I would be seated al day I can say that I was far fitter back then than now.

I love cycling. I road bike and mountain bike. I try to get anywhere from 50 to 150 miles a week.
I trail run in the colder months. Usually about 3 miles each time.
I hike all year long and that is a really good form of exercise.
I also kayak with is great for the upper body.

At the moment I do a lot of walking and I also do quite a bit of cleaning in the house as well for exercise. I want to get a weighted hula hoop as soon as I can to be able to do more exercise when I am in the house.

I like to mix up my routine so I don’t get bored. I think that is one of the reasons people are gung-ho at the beginning but then tend to stop their exercise. They are bored! I get some kind of exercise daily. Whether it’s simple stretching, cardio, weights. I have DVDs & watch trainers on YouTube to get new ideas. I also take a couple of walks with our dog on our acreage.

I do mostly cardio exercise. One of my favorite outdoor activities that's part of my work out routine is swimming. I swim every time it's convenient for me to do so. Also, running is one exercise I love so much.

I feel better when I take long walks instead of running. My favorite exercise has got to be doing pushups as that is one of the ways that I build my upper body as well. I have less issues with burning calories.
