Cold showers can stimulate circulation, boost metabolism, and improve immune function by activating the body's stress response and increasing adrenaline production. They may also promote recovery after exercise, enhance mood, and increase alertness and mental clarity, making them a refreshing and invigorating addition to a healthy lifestyle.

I have heard good things about hot showers and how they help us feel good and vanish our fatigue but even I prefer cold showers.

Hot or lukewarm water helps in making us feel relieved and it's perfect when you are feeling tired or fatigued but even cold water does the same. I think you are right, it depends on a persons preference.

Taking cold showers can have some health benefits. Cold showers can help improve mood, enhance blood circulation, and aid in weight loss by boosting metabolism. If you are not used to taking cold showers, it is best to begin slowly. In addition, if you have pre-existing medical condition, talk to your medical doctor about it.
