What are some strategies to reduce stress in daily life?

Engaging in regular physical activity, practicing mindfulness and meditation, maintaining a healthy work-life balance, setting realistic goals, prioritizing tasks, seeking social support, and incorporating hobbies and relaxation techniques into your routine can all help alleviate stress.

One of my biggest strategy is giving yourself a halt. Be it in social web space, work place or in any activities you find ya self engaged in.

Just create time for your precious self, spend time with friends, do not work work all through, you will burn out bruh and break down.

Daily Morning walk does make us feel good and energized and this also helps us make disciplined. This will help us in both professional and personal life

Prioritizing your daily activities to what is really necessary for the day would help you to relieve stress. And making out time to rest everyday would be really helpful.

Make sure you sleep for at least 7 hours on a daily basis. I know that if I do not get that hours of sleep I feel tired throughout the day. Something else that can work is to eat healthy.
