I boost my mental health by practicing yoga daily, focusing on poses like Downward Dog and Tree Pose to improve balance and calm my mind. I complement this with herbal teas such as lavender and peppermint to enhance relaxation. Combining the physical benefits of yoga with the soothing properties of herbs helps me stay grounded, reduce anxiety, and maintain a positive outlook on life.

Mental exercises like puzzles, reading, and learning new skills can boost cognitive function and mental health. Brain foods such as fatty fish, berries, nuts, and leafy greens support brain health. Omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and vitamins in these foods enhance memory, focus, and mood. Combining mental workouts with a nutrient-rich diet promotes overall mental well-being and cognitive resilience.

I enjoy working on projects such as programming or video editing to help with my mental health. I also listen to music while working on projects to help keep me focused, and I like to calm down by listening to music as well. I've been trying to incorporate breathing exercises too, this can help keep you calm if you're starting to become anxious.
