The worst days of my life were always those times when I was unable to sleep properly. It is not always the best move for me at all, and that is why I have decided to always get a proper sleep each time that I wish to sleep.

I truly do believe that if you go to bed at a decent time and get up early, you feel more refreshed. This also means you can be more productive and get things done that need to be done, whether it's chores at home or going to work. You'll also be more alert as well, so there's less of a chance that you'd get hurt or cause an accident if you needed to travel after getting up in the morning.

I do follow this practice and like to sleep early and wake up early but if we can sleep by 10 Pm and wake up around 4 or 5 am then it gives us more time to prepare for the day and we can work on our fitness too.
