One of the benefits that I enjoy from spending time outdoors is that I don't get too feel so depressed all the time or being cooked up from being indoors at all time. It is the reason why I am happy that I am an extrovert who likes to be out and meet people.

Connecting with nature really helps to boost our mind and emotional wellbeing. So when we spend time outdoors with the trees, animals and even sunlight we are improving our emotional health. It is also a great way to reduce the stress that the world brings on us.

It makes us feel good and excited too because if we stay indoors for the whole time then we may not feel fresh or energetic
