I find the vegan diet challenging because it can be difficult to get all the essential nutrients I need, like B12 and iron, without careful planning. I also enjoy a variety of foods, including some animal products, which makes it hard for me to fully commit to a vegan lifestyle. I prefer a balanced diet that includes a bit of everything.

A well-planned vegan diet can be nutritious and offer benefits like lower risks of heart disease, high blood pressure, and certain cancers. However, it’s important to ensure you're getting essential nutrients such as vitamin B12, iron, calcium, and omega-3 fatty acids, which might be less abundant in a vegan diet. Fortified foods and supplements can help meet these needs.

It could be the case by follow your diet program based on nutrionist recommandations and not take vitamin or these staff alone. All what you said is quite important.
