What is your favorite dish that you could never make yourself?

I don't really like to cook myself, so I don't have a knowledge base on how to cook many dishes, but I can cook, for example, pilaf and I like it and it's very easy, but there are dishes that I will never be able to cook and don't even want to try. For example, I don't know how to cook fish and I don't know how to cook it properly so that it is tasty. Also, I would definitely not be able to cook lasagna, because for some reason it is very difficult for me, although my mother does it without problems.

It's Saag made of mustard and spinach leaves and its quite hard to prepare these and needs a lot of preparation and I cannot cook it myself.
