I order some health food bars and electrolytes from Hammer Nutrition.

They send me a sample of CBD gel pills.

I really don't know what they do.

Does anyone experienced in CBD gel pills have any idea?

With you saying CBD I am guessing these pills are like CBD oil but in pill form?

My brother and my Dad both use CBD oil to help calm them so that they are less stressed and tense and so that it helps them relax a little better. If they are similar to that then it more than likely will help you relax which will help with any kind of pain you may be in.

I've never smoked pot so it took me a long time to get into CBD. I know it's not the same but for someone who has never done drugs, it was a stretch for me to even consider it. I did try organic oil that you take by the dropper in the mouth. Unfortunately, I didn't see a reduction in any symptoms nor in overall health.
For those who take it, how do you take it & what is the brand?

CBD oil is great for those who have anxiety issues. However, it doesn't work for everyone though. My spouse tried taking some CBD gummies but they didn't really feel any different and they were still anxious. They're on medications now and it's been helping them.
