It could be really helpful. Especially if you for example have anxiety and depression and you are not in your mood then such therapy could be helpful at this time add to be benefical to your body.

I am yet to try any sort of massage therapy but there is no denial that its quite effective and really helps you feel light, energized and heals your body after a busy day.
