When meal prepping on a budget, I buy in bulk, choose seasonal produce, and focus on simple, versatile ingredients. Planning my meals around sales and sticking to a list helps me avoid overspending. I also cook large batches of affordable staples like rice, beans, and vegetables, which I can mix and match throughout the week

We should buy things that have longer shelf life in bulk if they are available at discount and should have planned meals to save ourselves from any unnecessary shopping and it wastes time too
