I created my own domain website, which served as an online journal to share some of my thoughts and emotions that have been bothering me since I was a child. Taking a nap is so underrated. Most times when I feel stressed I take a 30 minutes to an hour nap and I find myself relieved and refreshed. I will recommend everyone to try it.

I don't know if any stress relief technique that is as effective as sleep. It just refreshes one when they have had a sound sleep after being extremely stressed.
