Worst Addiction

What has been your worst addiction?

Mine would have been smoking cigarettes. I started when I was about 10 and smoked for 20 years.

I quit about 10 years ago, and it didn't take me long to feel better.

How about you all? What has been your worst? Did you ever quit?

I used to play video games and watch cartoons for long hours and that was my worst addiction and thankfully I was able to overcome that addiction.

I would say drinking, and I am working hard to curb it. There has been some progress because I started months ago, but I really hope to stop it totally.

My worst addiction is meat. I eat meat in excess. I don't know if there is a bad effects of it but I can eat meat worth $7 at a stretch and still do it in a few hours.
