If so, do any of you drink tea for its healing properties?

I'm starting to like hot tea more and more.

The mint tea opens up my lungs and helps with sinus pressure.

I wonder if there are other great teas to try for healing and health. Open to your suggestions!

The tea provided on the coffee shop is containing a lot of sugar, rare of them do this healthy tea without sugar, that is infusion tea and they provide sugar to add it manually with it.

There are many types of herbal tea leaves that are available in the market and we can choose any as per our requirements. I have an online friend who always share about her experience with herbal tea and is quite impressed with its taste.
