Do you like dark chocolates?

Post by freelancermaria » Mon Oct 07, 2024 10:05 am

Due to a family history of diabetes, I have had to lessen my sugar intake in spite of having a sweet tooth. When I do crave something sweet at times, I go for dark chocolate, but I make sure to consume it in moderation. Dark chocolate has potential health benefits such as stress reduction, blood pressure regulation, and cell protection. I am quite curious, do you also enjoy dark chocolate? If yes, which brand of dark chocolate is your favorite?

It's my favorite chocolate, actually.

I like bitter tastes. Coffee, IPA beer (back when I used to drink), and dark chocolate.

Plus, it's healthier for you than any other chocolate.

Depends on the dark chocolate, I think. I'm not a huge fan of most dark chocolates, but I certainly enjoy them when they're paired with something else.

I cut down all my sugar cravings, no more cookies and even cooking without sugar, if I need sugar I just fruit, and now 90% pure dark chocolate ;)

I am not a fan of dark chocolate by itself. If it's with mint, I can eat it. I think it's too rich and bitter tasting to me. I'd rather have milk or white chocolate. Dark chocolate is better for your health however, so if you like it then eat up but still limit your intake of course!
