Sometimes, going out does increase my anxiety, especially if it's to a crowded or unfamiliar place. I can feel a bit overwhelmed by all the noise and activity, and I start overthinking things like whether I’ll have to interact with a lot of people or if something unexpected might happen. But I’ve found that planning ahead helps, like choosing quieter places or going out with someone I trust. Other times, getting out of the house can actually calm me down, especially if it's somewhere peaceful like a park or just walking around. It really depends on the situation.

Going out increases your anxiety if your partner or your parents or friends compare you to someone else they meet during this period, because comparaisons aren't the best trick, however many people do without taking note that it disturbs the calm and relationship with others.

The only reason that can make them feel anxious is they feel they need to communicate with strangers there or they don't like to be seen or get face to face with any other person.

Sometimes talking with strangers have unexpected results. Because you did not know the attitude of other person and need to do this by prudence or not being surprised if the other part is a violent person for example.

We can make them feel motivated about it that nothing wrong will happen but we need to see how they behave when they are outside.

It could be the case if someone knows how to handle the situation. Because to resume everything not everyone could handle the situation or good at that point.

It can be hard for those that don't travel or go outside much even if they are normal but their parents, guardians, friends can help them feel like home.

Going out doesn't increase anxiety for me. It really helps me to relax especially when I go out to a fun place. Staying indoors too much rather increases my anxiety.
