I always remember that flares became popular in the 70s I believe it was and then in around the 90s - early 00's they made a comeback and then went again.
I remember when they made a comeback, I had a few pairs that I would wear and so did my friends but now, I don't tend to see them at all.
Do you still own or even wear flares at all? Would you if they made another comeback?
