Have you tried massage therapy?

Post by Daisy » Wed Sep 14, 2022 8:59 am

There have been no clinical trials to prove that massage actually helps to improve your health but traditionally speaking massages have been very beneficial to improve physical and mental health issues. I have gone to a massage therapy a couple of times and I can say it not not only relaxing but also very healthy.

When I was in India, I tried Ayurveda massage. I had a female masseuse giving me a massage in a beach early in the morning. The experience was amazing, can't forgot it.

No. I have never tried massage therapy. But I know that it works and that it is absolutely fabulous! My daughter does not go to a professional massage therapist. She buys at-home massage equipment. Mainly she complains about lower back pain and her feet hurting. The pieces of equipment she uses are less expensive than a professional massage and they work!

I believe massage therapy can be extremely beneficial to people. Athletes use it all the time. For me personally however, I prefer a massage only from my husband. I did try Arvigo Massage for pains but I was desperate for relief lol It was ok but I really prefer not to be unclothed & touched. To me, it's not relaxing.

I enjoy a good butt massage but I don't enjoy the amount of focus it takes to keep it half-mast at most for 90 minutes instead of enjoying the massage so the undies stay on the boundaries. End of the day that was once and Nope

I always go for massage therapy especially when my body is over stressed because it is one of the ways that I used to ensure that my body is in perfect condition to handle all the duties I need to handle.

I have honestly never tried massage therapy but I have friends who have tried it in the past and they swear by it for help with relaxing you and also helping with your mental health. I know that massages are super popular so for them to be as popular as they are, there must definitely be a reason behind it.

I have tried massage therapy. Some of the methods I have tried are:

Swedish Massage
Swedish massage uses long, flowing strokes and kneading to relax muscles and improve circulation.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage targets deeper muscle layers to relieve chronic pain and muscle tension.

Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy massage incorporates essential oils like lavender and eucalyptus to enhance relaxation and alleviate stress through scent and touch.

I would like to know if massage therapy is just for relaxation or does it actually helps you physically, psychologically and emotionally? Are there science backed facts?
