It sounds like you have a solid routine in place, especially with those favorite workouts! Aerobic exercise, Zumba, swimming, and jogging are all great ways to stay active and have fun at the same time. With a busy schedule, fitting in two sessions a week is a fantastic achievement. Personally, I enjoy a mix of strength training and yoga, as it helps balance out my routine. It’s great to see how different activities can bring enjoyment while keeping us fit!
