I get enough sleep. Whenever I am stressed I try to get some afternoon naps if I can or I get a good seven hours of sleep in the night. This helps to refresh my body and brain. I also prepare my favorite meals, it helps a lot.

Stress management is possible through regular exercise, meditation, yoga, deep breathing, adequate sleep, and a balanced diet. Likewise, setting realistic goals, maintaining a support network, and engaging in hobbies can help. Taking breaks from the monotony of life also contribute to effectively managing stress.

I always make sure to have my me time if not during the day then in the evening and that helps me feel good and stress free and in my me time I like to watch movies and listen to my favorite music
