I prioritize whole foods like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Portion control is key—I listen to my body's hunger cues and stop eating when satisfied, not stuffed. Drinking plenty of water helps me stay hydrated and reduces cravings. I limit processed foods and added sugars, opting for natural sweeteners like fruit. Regular meal planning ensures I have nutritious options readily available.

I make sure to eat a balanced diet by including a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables in every meal. Incorporating lean proteins like chicken, fish, and beans helps me stay satisfied and fuels my body. I opt for healthy fats from sources like avocados, nuts, and olive oil. I practice mindful eating, savoring each bite and paying attention to my body's hunger and fullness signals.

I make a concerted effort to control my calorie intake by keeping track of what I eat each day. I try to incorporate more fish and vegetables into my meals because they are rich in nutrients and can help me stay healthy. Additionally, I try to limit my intake of sugars and sodium because I've learned how harmful they can be, particularly for someone like me who has a chronic disease. Maintaining this dietary plan has been critical to managing my health and improving my overall well-being. These habits have gradually become an integral part of my daily routine.
