We have a of traditional meals we refer to as swallow here. Yam, rice and cassava are processed into solid dood that is eaten with traditional soup as well. We have yam flour, rice flour, cassava flour, wheat flour etc. The soup they are eaten with includes okra, African spinach and also stew.

In India, we prepare saag which is made of mustard and spinach leaves and then its cooked for hours and mostly we eat it the next day along with Makki roti which is flour made of corns.
