Hight Intesitivity Interval Training is growing more popular and with plenty of ways you can take part in HIIT. I myself have been looking more into HIIT but I will admit that I haven't started anything yet.
I was curious, has anyone here found HIIT effective? Where would you say someone should start if they start HIIT?

I've personally found HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) to be highly effective for improving cardiovascular fitness and burning calories. It's a time-efficient workout that pushes me to my limits. However, individual results may vary, so it's important to find the exercise routine that works best for you. I can't really say where to start since I'm not a professional. But probably starting after watching some YouTube videos for beginners might help.

I’ve found HIIT to be really effective for my fitness routine. It’s great because I can get in a high-intensity workout in a short amount of time, which is perfect when I'm busy. I’ve noticed improvements in my endurance and strength, and it’s definitely helped me burn more calories compared to longer, less intense workouts. Plus, it keeps things exciting with the variety of exercises

If you're considering diving in, you're not alone in feeling curious about it. Many people find HIIT to be very effective for improving fitness and burning calories in a short amount of time. If you're just starting out, it might be helpful to begin with shorter intervals and focus on exercises that you enjoy. Gradually increasing the intensity and duration as you build stamina can make the transition smoother. Also, mixing in some bodyweight exercises can be a great way to get familiar with the format without the need for any special equipment
