I know that squatting can be a nice drill for growing the butt for women. I am wondering what the other drills that can help one achieve this are. Do you have an idea of any one?

For growing your glutes, a great drill combination would be:

Squats (weighted or bodyweight) – These are a staple for overall leg and glute development.
Glute bridges or hip thrusts – Target the glutes directly and are super effective for building muscle.
Lunges (walking or reverse) – These engage the glutes while also working your legs.
Step-ups – Excellent for isolating and activating the glute muscles.
Kickbacks – Use a resistance band or cable machine to hit the glutes more intensely.
Pairing these exercises with proper form, progressive overload, and consistency will give you great results!

Absolutely, squats are a fantastic choice for building glute strength, but there are plenty of other exercises that can help as well. Lunges, especially variations like walking lunges or reverse lunges, are great for targeting the glutes. Deadlifts, whether traditional or sumo, also engage those muscles effectively. Glute bridges and hip thrusts are excellent for isolating the glutes and can really help with muscle growth. Adding resistance bands for lateral walks or performing exercises like kickbacks can further enhance your routine. Mixing these in with squats can create a well-rounded workout for glute development!

Combining lunges and squatting has really worked wonders for me. I mean, that was how I was able to train both my ass and my thighs to be stronger and very fit.
