Jogging vs Walking?
Do you feel that Walking is a more effective way of training than jogging or reverse is the case? I've always had contrary opinion on these and it makes me wonder the one that brings faster results. What do you think?
Re: Jogging vs Walking?
I myself feel that walking is the better option at least for me as it means I can pace myself and do a lot more compared to jogging and not being able to do as much.
Some people tend to split their time between jogging and walking to pace themselves I noticed.

Walking has been said to be the better option. The ability to go at a slow pace is also something that anyone would really appreciate. I feel fit enough when I do more of walking than jogging most times, and that is why I highly recommend it too.Shortie wrote: ↑Thu Aug 17, 2023 2:58 pm I myself feel that walking is the better option at least for me as it means I can pace myself and do a lot more compared to jogging and not being able to do as much.

Re: Jogging vs Walking?
Walking have never been stressful to me. I walk at least 6,000 steps every day. There are some days when I walk up to 10,000 steps. I don't jog, it's when I'm warming up to play football that I jog.
Re: Jogging vs Walking?
I like both walking and running, but I prefer a little more running since that implies a greater physical effort and it is better for me since with it I do physical exercise and improve my physical condition, but walking is good too.
Re: Jogging vs Walking?
I prefer both walking and jogging as what am current involved in decides which is the best match.
To be precise, walking is less frequent of me than jogging. I do jogging when am ready to involve some complex activities.

Re: Jogging vs Walking?
Jogging and walking both have their benefits. I find jogging more intense and great for cardiovascular fitness, helping me burn more calories in a shorter time. Walking, on the other hand, is gentler on the joints and easier to fit into my daily routine. I often mix both depending on how I’m feeling or what my schedule allows
Re: Jogging vs Walking?
Both are pretty good but Jogging is tough for me so I prefer morning walks and its best to stick with the morning walks and in many ways its better than jogging.
Re: Jogging vs Walking?
Walking and jogging each have their own benefits, and which one is more effective really depends on individual goals and preferences. Walking is a low-impact exercise that's great for maintaining fitness and can be easier on the joints, making it accessible for more people. On the other hand, jogging typically provides a more intense workout, which can lead to quicker improvements in cardiovascular fitness and calorie burning. Ultimately, the best choice is the one that you enjoy and can stick with consistently, as that will yield the best results over time. Finding a balance between the two can also be beneficial, allowing for variety and keeping the routine engaging.
Re: Jogging vs Walking?
Both are effective but if we can jog properly then it's the best and can work better in comparison to running because running can make you tired easily but jogging will be best.
