I’ve dabbled in calisthenics, and I really enjoy it! It’s amazing how you can get a full-body workout just by using your own body weight. Exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, and squats are great for building strength and flexibility. What I love most is that you can do it anywhere, no equipment needed. It’s challenging but super rewarding as you see progress over time

Calisthenics is such an interesting approach to fitness! It really emphasizes functional training and makes great use of body weight, which can be done almost anywhere, especially in those dedicated parks with all the equipment. The variety of exercises, like pull-ups, push-ups, and handstands, makes it accessible for different fitness levels. I've seen some amazing routines that showcase incredible strength and control. If you practice calisthenics, it must be rewarding to see your progress over time, especially as you master more challenging moves!
