I don't have any diseases at all, but games very often help with depression and when I'm just in a bad mood, they can help a lot because a person simply enters another world where he can forget about problems and thus even heal.

The way video games helps me with my health is by creating a room for me to relax very well. I used to be stressed from work but whenever I play video games, my body tends to calm down properly.

Gaming can have both positive and negative effects on health. While it can improve cognitive skills, coordination, and problem-solving abilities, excessive gaming may lead to sedentary behavior, eye strain, and social isolation. Moderation and balance are key to maximizing the potential benefits while minimizing potential negative impacts on health.

Video games offer advantages such as improving cognitive skills, problem-solving abilities, and hand-eye coordination. They can also foster social connections and teamwork in multiplayer settings. However, excessive gaming can lead to sedentary behavior, sleep disturbances, and addiction. Additionally, some games may contain violent or inappropriate content, impacting behavior and mental health. Ultimately, the balance between benefits and drawbacks depends on moderation, content selection, and individual preferences and circumstances.

I am not interested in any game. I like to play outdoor games like badminton or card games with my family. I find them stress busters and also a way to connect and bond with friends and family. But I have never tried any screen video games. Played some long time back. Enjoyed candy crush, but it has been quite some time since I did it. I am sure that these games are fun and can help feeling good and distressed after a long day. But then too much of them can become an addiction. And that can bring negative impact on emotional and mental health.

Playing games helps with my mental health as well. It is a great avenue to get off the challenges of life while achieving a better level of happiness. This is what I like about playing games.

Gaming does help with my health. But, it’s like anything in life’s too much or excessive contribution of time can cause addiction and ultimately take time away from other possibilities. Everything in moderation!
