Do you wash your hands regularly?

Washing of my hands regularly is what I've mastered very well. I became so used to doing it since the pandemic of coronavirus. The need to wash off any bacteria or diseases in my hands to prevent being infected by COVID helped me get used to washing my hands regularly.
Do you wash your hands regularly?

Yes, I wash them about 3 times a day or so, but I do it before eating almost always and also just when I get home from the street, I think it's a basic gesture of hygiene, I don't want to touch the food with dirty hands.

when I was younger, I did not attach such importance to it and could not wash my hands at all until I was forced to, however, when I started living on my own, I noticed how much dirt accumulates on them during the day, so I wash my hands almost 5-7 times a day.

I do wash my hands regularly. Before I eat, after I eat, and pretty
much before and after I do anything. Not only does it protect my health but it protects the health of others around by reducing the risk of diseases spreading
