Have you tried naturopathy?
Naturopathy is labeled as a pseudoscience. However, the medicinal system combines the best practices from traditional healing method and the modern medicines. Naturopathy includes healing methods like Ayurveda, acupressure, acupuncture, massage, meditation etc. to diagnose and treat diseases.

I'm into holistic health. Doctors don't get paid for us to be well. They get paid for us to be sick & to get tests done on expensive equipment. They also tend to get kickbacks from pushing certain meds whether it's needed or not. The majority don't know anything about nutrition or exercise.
I'm not against doctors, but they are my last resort.
Natural remedies have been around for thousands of years. Prescription meds not nearly as long.

I have only seen a movies where they use acupuncture to treat certain kind of illnesses and it's something that is very interesting. I've never used it to treat anything but it is something that I am open to doing.

I myself wouldn't say that I do not believe in natural remedies as I have used them in the past for specific issues and they have worked well for me but I also wouldn't not go to the doctors and get a medication that may help me if I was really ill. I remember I had a friend when I was at school and she used to suffer a lot from headaches; her mum was all for natural remedies and not taking any pain relief. There was a time when she was 16 and at the age where she was able to make her own decision regarding pain medication and she was suffering some severe headaches, her doctor told her to take paracetamol for it and she agreed and took it, her mum wasn't happy but it did work for her when natural remedies she was using weren't.

I have tried Naturopathy healing method. Some of my favorite methods are:
Hydrotherapy
Hydrotherapy uses water in various forms, such as hot baths and cold compresses, to stimulate blood flow and reduce pain.
Herbal Medicine
Herbal medicine involves using plant-based remedies like echinacea for immune support and milk thistle for liver health.
Nutritional Counseling
Nutritional counseling focuses on personalized diets rich in whole foods to improve health and prevent disease naturally.
