How does voice search technology work?

Post by Rita » Sun Feb 18, 2024 3:42 am

Voice search technology utilizes speech recognition software to convert spoken words into text, allowing users to search the internet or perform tasks using voice commands. Platforms like Google Assistant, Siri, and Amazon Alexa process and interpret voice queries to provide relevant responses or actions.

Voice search is so convenient, especially when I’m multitasking or just don’t feel like typing. I use Siri and Alexa all the time for quick searches or to control smart devices at home. But sometimes, it still feels a bit hit or miss when it comes to understanding certain accents or phrases. Anyone else feel like voice recognition still has room for improvement, or is it just me?
