Balancing gaming with other hobbies is essential for a well-rounded lifestyle. I prioritize my time by allocating specific slots for gaming while also scheduling activities like reading, exercising, or pursuing creative hobbies. Setting time limits for gaming sessions helps prevent excessive screen time. I make a conscious effort to explore different interests and hobbies to maintain variety and prevent burnout. By prioritizing and organizing my time effectively, I ensure that gaming complements rather than dominates my overall leisure activities.

When it comes to balancing my gaming hobby with the other things I love to do, it all depends on the schedule of work. My work is more important than gaming because it's what pays my bills.

I tend to work on my other hobbies that aren't related to gaming throughout the day. Then in the evenings, I will play video games. On weekdays I will work on my hobbies as soon as I eat dinner, then before I head to bed I play video games. For a while I wasn't really playing video games much and just focused more on my hobbies but I like to balance the two now.

For me I love playing games but I don't always play them. I have a very tight schedule, if I should focus on gaming, I will not be able to meet up with everything I need to do, so I only play games when I am free or whenever I need a little break.

I balance gaming with my other hobbies by setting aside specific times for each activity. For example, I’ll designate a few hours for gaming in the evening after work or exercise, and then carve out time for things like fitness, reading, or gardening on other days. It helps me keep everything in balance and not let one hobby take over too much of my time. I also try to be mindful of how I’m feeling—if I notice I’ve been sitting too long gaming, I’ll switch things up with something more active, like a walk or a workout. That way, I stay refreshed and don’t get burnt out on any one thing

I set specific times for gaming to ensure I don’t neglect my other interests. For example, I might allocate certain hours for gaming and other times for activities like reading, exercising, or socializing. I also try to mix things up, so I’m not focusing too much on one hobby. Having a variety of interests keeps me engaged and ensures I’m making time for everything I enjoy.

I don't play video games too much like I used to 7 years ago. Now, I will only play for 2 hours max whenever I'll be playing games. This helps me to balance everything else well with the time I have in a day.

Balancing gaming with other hobbies and also other commitments is never easy but I do manage it. I find that I like to schedule time to play video games in the evening/into the night once I have completed any work and things that need to be done around the house.

I will admit I don't play video games as much as I used to but still being able to play them even for a few hours is nice.

It is essential to have discipline when playing games. I used to play non-stop because I lacked self-discipline. However, the coronavirus pandemic made me realize the value of saving, investing, and being more disciplined. Now, I prioritize being productive by working online instead of playing games all day.
