But not everything is good to teach you good communication skills, it should be an educative content and not something that doesn't add any value to you.

One way to improve your communication skills is to be a very good listener. When you are one, you would pick how a person can drive home a point from the speaker you frequently listen to.

I don't think so because everything that we convey to anyone will help, our confidence will grow with every conversation and it does not matter what the subject of that conversation was

People really need to start paying attention to face to face communication and reduce doing everything online. Even with online communication, some people are now too lazy they are even using ChatGPT to generate responses.
