What's your favorite stress-relief activity?

Personally, I find solace in nature walks. The fresh air and scenic views help clear my mind, leaving me refreshed and ready to tackle challenges.

There are things that have worked for me and since I like to listen to music, have my favorite food and like to watch comedy movies so these things makes me feel good and help with stress relief.

The favourite stress relief activity that I do is to watch some comic videos on YouTube. That helps to ease my mind from whatever stress. Or alternatively, I play soccer games on my mobile.

I am not sure about it because for me all types of Indian Music has worked, probably because I won't even try to go for any other music and mostly like to play Music of my favorite artists.

Being given money actually does the trick for me 😂 😂 😂... Yeah, I'm very serious about that. Money takes my stress way but another thing which works for me as well is going to swim.
