This is a topic I know most people would like to discuss especially people who have been through it

I don't blame ladies for having those mood swings because it's not an easy job to carry another living being for 9 months, it is such a difficult task, not just physically, but also emotionally and psychologically.

My brother had to drive at the middle of the night to get his pregnant wife ice cream. He came back at 3 am that morning. After they finished eating ice cream, my brother did not bother to throw away the container to the trash bin and went to sleep. His wife started crying when she saw the trash by the nightstand on her side of the bed. My brother knew it was her hormone that was reacting, so he simply picked up the ice cream container, threw it away in a trash bin, and came to sleep with me in the guest room.

I don't know how most ladies react to small things when they are pregnant. I would like to know if this happens more often.

During pregnancy, women have strong sense of smell. They can be easily disturbed by common things. Pregnancy is also a time when women experience a lot of hormonal issues, which might alter their thinking process and behavior. People need to remember, during pregnancy women are experiencing a lot of physical, mental and emotional pain.

I remember when I was pregnant, I would have good days and then I would have bad days and the bad days were usually when nothing felt right, any kind of mess would make me emotional and I would end up either getting angry or just very upset and it stayed like that until things were fixed. It is definitely hormones that cause this and it's something women can never help, it's always best to just be there for her if you can be and help make things easier for her.

I have never been pregnant to know exactly how pregnant women mood swings works with them because I'm a man but I can say that from what I have seen so far, their mood swing comes with a very harsh anger and body irritation. They can't stand anything that's around them for a period of time.

Pregnancy mood swings are common due to hormonal changes. These mood swings can range from feeling happy and excited to feeling irritable or sad. It's important for pregnant women to practice self-care, communicate their feelings with loved ones, and seek support if needed. Their other half shall be really understanding whenever it happens. They shouldn't get angry or upset but should be very patient, loving, and caring instead.

Carrying a baby in your stomach for 9 long months is not an easy job. There are so many hormones working every day throughout the course of the pregnancy. It's never easy for women and that's why their moods swings very quickly.
