Having depression and becoming depressed is one of the worst things to go through. Everyone will suffer with depression at some point in their life whether it be something they always go through or something they go through every so often. Having something you can turn to to help curb your depression when it starts is always a wise decision but what you may turn to maybe something different from everyone else.
What do you find turning to when it comes to depression helps you the most? Maybe it's going for a walk on your own, reading a book, or watching something?
