It's well known that having a good sleep schedule can help you feel better mentally and physically. When you have a decent sleep schedule and you stick to it, it can also help with how often you have mood swings and in most cases, can decrease how much you end up in a bad mood sticking with a good sleep schedule can help many people if they manage to do it. Of course with how things are and with work and even school, college and university, you can easily end up messing up your sleep schedule up, it's happened to many people and because of that, you notice a dip in your mood.

Do you find having a specific sleep schedule helps with any mood swings you may have? How do you feel if you are knocked out of your sleep schedule?

I always try and have a proper sleep routine although sometimes it doesn't help with my moods. I try to go to sleep at 10:30ish till about 7ish but sometimes I end up in bed on my phone and play my games and by the time I look at the time it's about 2am. I have to set up an alert on my phone for at least 1130 so I don't do the 2am anymore.

As for mood swings, it's not something that happens to me very often. It's only when something or someone is trying so hard to piss me off and I can't react towards the person. As for my sleeping schedule, it's a total mess of its own.

I have a particular time that I sleep. Sleeping is very important for my mental health. So, I don't joke with my sleeping schedules no matter what is happening. I will always want to have a good night sleep in order to feel better the next day.

Sadly I don't have a good sleep schedule or to be honest, I don't have one at all. I sleep when I feel I need to sleep and wake up when I feel it is good for me. Usually I go to sleep around 12am but sometimes I go at 10pm. But I wake up around the same time witch is 8pm-8:30pm.
